thorasic ladder workout 8/25/11

Using 3 bells,heavy-to-light,slow-to-sprint
has been a revelation to me:
It allows me to train OFF the 'clock and focus
on,in this case,breathing and rack.(hence the
"above the ribs"framing).I ALWAYS
aim for clean,solid lockouts,but allow my "big" set to take as long as my "fast" set,if need be.
