Grinding Sunday training 9/4/11
Between watching the US Open,and my Queen stepping on my butt to
"Pavelize" my pushups..a tough quickie:

KB Deadlifts+Pushups
KB Squats+Rows
SB Abs..'Dat's IT!!

Jerk workout..8/31/11
Staying with the OAJ/snatch each workout day for this week:
pre-cofffee KB meditation
First off:these green 'bells are PF 12kg's..
I try to get my lifting"head" on straight as early as poss..
The focus here is just to"feel" the rack,
move things around,fire what's needed
.."bumping" the bells up is helping me groove the rack
by using the right mechanics,especially on the drop..
BTW:AC/DC beats WU TANG by 2:1...
...now,regarding
my bald spot:Jason Statham buzzcut or wear a hat?
vote early and often..
(my "1-pack" will be short-shirt-worthy in another 2 weeks!!!)
